All subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay and automatically renew until cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You retain full access to your plan's features until the billing period ends
- Your saved trips and data remain accessible even after cancellation
How to cancel: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or email support@roamvero.com with your registered email address.
Refund Policy
As Roamvero provides a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. However, we handle each case with fairness:
- No refund for the current billing period if you cancel mid-month — access continues until period ends
- No refund for unused itinerary generations within a billing period
- Full refund if you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end
- Full refund if the service was completely unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours after your payment
- Case-by-case review for genuine issues — email us within 7 days of the charge
